A rare winery that makes wine completely without additives. Grapes, the raw material, are cultivated on abandoned farmland around the winery and grown completely without pesticides. The wine's distinctive feature is its umami flavor that goes well with any food. In addition to wine, we also brew sake. This is also a masterpiece made with careful attention to not only the raw materials but also the brewing method.
