Teimatsu was founded in 1851. For about 170 years since then, we have continued to brew sake with the motto of "quality first, consumer first." For the preparation water, we use mineral-rich deep natural water from 130 meters underground that has been purified with limestone, and our experienced Nambu brewers use traditional techniques to create ``Teimatsu'' using excellent rice as the main ingredient. .
