Hanamomo No Sato

A famous spring spot in Higashichichibu Village, known as the "Peach Source Village." The entire mountain village is colored with bright pink colors that make you feel the arrival of spring. It was started by local residents to create a landscape by utilizing ruined farmland, and about 7,000 flowering trees, mainly peach blossoms, but also cherry blossoms and forsythia, have been planted. The Hanamomo Festival is held on the last Sunday of March.
