Jorenji

It is the largest event of the Nichiren Sect, and is held on November 2nd every year. The temple grounds are filled with many lanterns, and large fireworks are set off at night, illuminating the late autumn night. In conjunction with this ceremony, the ``Furusato Commerce and Industry Festival'' is also held.
